Q3:What are the advantages of your factory?
A:First of all, our factory has the experience of producing body hair removal wax for more than 10 years. Our boss made quite a lot of research on making wax. Our factory supplies a lot of foreign trade companies in China depil wax. Our core technology and formula is stripless hard wax. Because we are factories, excluding the profits of brokers. Q4:How to find my wax I need?

Q5:We can customize the wax?

A: Yes. Mainly consider product hygiene and quality assurance and convenient transporation.
Q8:What is the MOQ ? Can I mix different items/color?
A: Any quantity with our own labels is available. Can mixed different items or mix colors. Private labels have MOQ, can discuss the details as per your selected items.
Q9:What colors can you make for your wax?
A:We can customize the color of wax according to customer's needs, but common colors are yellow, black, red, green, blue, purple, pink and so on.
Q10:What are the main materials you produce?
A: All products are produced by carefully selected and tested raw materials. Depilatory wax is mainly pine tree resin with high viscosity. Sugaring paste is mainly white sugar, natural product, it is eatable. Paraffin wax is mainly fully refined paraffin wax with good softening and moisturizing.
Q11:Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?
A:Yes, we offer discount prices with more bigger size orders.
Q12:Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?
A:Yes, but you need to tell us asap. If your order has been done in our production line, we cannot change it. It is about 2 days after confirming the order.
Q13:Can I get a sample ?
A:Yes, we can offer you sample but you need pay for samples shipping cost.
Q14:When you ship my order?
A:Usually 10-25 days after receiving payment, but it based on order qty and production schedule.
Q15:What shipping company do you use?
A:We can ship by express(DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT/SF Express),by sea,by air.
Q16:What payment term do you accept?
A:We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Payment: 30% deposit; 70% balance before shipping.
